Holiday Apartments at the Residence

• For each additional person/child aged 3 years and above, we charge € 16,00 per day.
  For children aged 0–3 years, the charge is €6.00 per day.
• A local tourist tax per person (aged 14 and older) per day will be added to the total amount.
• Weekly rates apply for bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
• Short stays: Prices available upon request (only outside European school holiday periods).
• Check-in from 2:00 PM; Check-out by 9:30 AM.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Visits to the apartments and premises are not permitted.
• We will do our best to accommodate your floor preference, but we cannot guarantee it.

Included in the price and final cleaning:

• Bed linen and towels (pool towels not included)
• Free entry to the Adventure Thermal Bath Naturns during official opening hours: www.erlebnisbad.it
• Wi-Fi access throughout the property
• Children’s playground in the garden
• Regular towel and linen changes
• For stays of 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning with linen change is included
• Video-monitored, lockable garage for bicycles and motorcycles
• Boot rack and electric shoe dryer in the garage
• E-bike charging station
• Travel cots, high chairs, and baby bathtubs upon request

• Fresh bread delivery service
• Self-service beverages
• Washing machine and dryer usage
• High-quality Swiss pine products (pillows, sachets, essential oils, etc.)
• Homemade jams and jellies

Deposit and Payment Information:

A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to confirm the booking, payable via bank transfer to the following account:

The balance can be paid in advance via bank transfer or in cash on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 90 days before arrival: No cancellation fee, but the deposit is non-refundable.
• 15 to 90 days before arrival: 60% of the total cost (excluding final cleaning), minus the deposit.
• 8 to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total cost (excluding final cleaning), minus the deposit.
• Within 7 days of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total cost (excluding final cleaning), minus the deposit.
• For late arrivals or early departures, 100% of the agreed daily/weekly rate will be charged for unused days, along with the final cleaning fee.

Cancellations must be made in writing within the specified timeframes.

The deposit is non-refundable in all cases of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.
